Our members enjoy up to 90% off, and our team works hard at hand-selecting the most fabulous maternity, pregnancy, baby, newborn, beauty, nursing, gifts and accessories that our members both need and love.

Who can become a member?

Because keekoo is solely focused on the very best in pregnancy to newborn - membership is generally desired by savvy moms everywhere. Since we have very limited inventory and are focused on serving the needs of moms and new moms, we ask that only those that fit this category (moms, new and expectant moms, and/or their family members and friends) request membership to keekoo.com.

We feel very fortunate to have cultivated some amazing brand partnerships which allow us to offer some truly amazing sales events in the pregnancy to newborn space. We know how fabulous our limited offers are. However, we respectfully ask that resellers stay away. We do monitor our sales events through the use of our proprietary technologies and we reserve the right to restrict mass and bulk lot buyers (resellers) from infringing upon opportunities which we have worked hard to secure for our membership community. We take our partnership relationships very seriously, and if we find a member to be in violation of this policy, we reserve the right to immediately suspend, revoke, and/or terminate someone's membership immediately with or without advance notice as stated in our Terms of Use.

When do keekoo daily sales events begin?

Our daily sales events begin at 11am EST. Every day we will bring you multiple sales and promotion events from pregnancy to newborn.

How long do Sales and Promotional events last?

Sales and Promotional events are limited in nature due to limited quantities of premium goods and last for only 24-72 hours and/or until stock is sold out - whichever occurs sooner. Smart moms know that in order to secure the best deals, they need to act quickly.

What is the difference between a "Sales" event and a "Promotional" event?

Sales events are open to ALL keekoo members.

Promotional events differ in the sense that they offer extremely limited, super-exclusive, brand new to market and rare items which are also open to keekoo members. It is what separates keekoo.com from the competition and is our way of saying "thank you" to our loyal members – while offering them a little something "extra" that they can appreciate and enjoy.

I missed out on your sale. Can I still purchase items from a specific sales event?

Unfortunately since we do not stock merchandise, private sale items are no longer available after a sales or promotional event has closed.

However we do have a WAIT LIST option when an item is sold out. By selecting this option, we notify the manufacturer of your interest in hopes of obtaining the product for you or a special offer if not.

How do keekoo credits work?

keekoo shopping credits are applied instantly to your account upon your friend invitee's first purchase totaling $50 or more. Any credits currently earned from ALL your invitees will be instantly applied to any purchase totaling $25 or more. Please note that you cannot refer yourself, and you must provide a valid email address for your friend invitee. One keekoo.com account per person. All credits expire 6 months after being issued.

How quickly do keekoo credits show up in my account?

When your friend or family member that you invited makes their first purchase of $50 or more, a $10 USD referral credit will appear in your account within a few days. You may track the status of your friend invites and your keekoo credits by visiting the MY ACCOUNT section of our website.

Can I use my referral credits to pay for shipping and sales tax?

No. Referral credits are only to be used for purchases of merchandise which total $25 USD or more. Shipping and sales tax (if required) are additional charges and cannot be paid for by using your referral credits.

How can I use my referral credits?

Your referral credits are automatically applied at checkout for any eligible purchase of $25 or more.

Why is there a timer on my shopping cart?

keekoo offers daily sales events which run for only 24-72 hours. Since we offer really amazing items at incredible prices, these limited time opportunities tend to sell out very quickly. In order to allow all members an equal opportunity to take advantage of these limited sales events, we release items that are not purchased within 15 minutes of them being placed in your shopping cart. Please note that as you place new items in your cart, the timer resets to 15 minutes until your order is placed securely.

Which types of payment options does keekoo.com accept?

keekoo.com presently accepts payment with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

I received an email stating that you were unable to authorize my charge card?

Please contact orders@keekoo.com for issues with charge card authorizations.

Does keekoo charge sales tax?

keekoo only charges sales tax on taxable items for orders shipped to New Jersey.

When is my credit card charged for the order I placed?

When you place your order, we immediately authorize your credit account to make certain the funds are available. This authorization does not yet charge your credit card, as we are simply putting the funds necessary for your order on reserve. We do not charge your credit card account until your order is at our facility ready to be shipped.

Why does it look like the charge made to my credit card is incorrect after my order was placed?

When your order is placed, we contact your credit card's issuing bank for confirmation that the credit card is valid and has not been reported lost or stolen. This step is done through a hold authorization for the purchase amount. This authorization does not charge your card at time of authorization. The actual charge to your card will be made when your order is ready to be shipped, however - some banks may hold the authorization on a credit card for up to 10 business days. If you wish to remove the authorization you may do so by contacting your card issuer.

Can I check on my order status and track my order?

We will send you notifications tracking each milestone of your order

  1. Order confirmation email
  2. Order has shipped email which will include tracking information.
  3. You may also view the status of your order and obtain tracking information in the "Orders" section of My Account.

Where does keekoo ship?

keekoo ships to all 50 United States. We also ship to Puerto Rico and Guam. In addition, we can ship internationally. Please see our shipping section for more information.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 10-14 business days for your order to arrive unless we note "faster shipping" on the item description page. While this may seem a bit longer than usual, please remember that we do not keep merchandise in stock. Our private sales events offer such favorable pricing because we work very closely with our brand partners. Purchased items are either shipped directly from our brand partner's fulfillment center or they can be shipped to our warehouse, in which case they are repackaged and shipped directly to our members. We make every attempt to deliver your product as quickly as possible.
Here is a description of our shipping process:

  1. Order placed with keekoo.com.
  2. Sales event closes (24-72 hours) and keekoo places all orders for the sale with our brand partner.
  3. Brand partner packs and ships all items ordered to our warehouse in 48 hours.
  4. keekoo completes quality and quantity inspections on incoming merchandise from brand partner then prepares order for shipment.
  5. Shipping vendor picks up orders from keekoo's warehouse for shipping and email is deployed to keekoo member with tracking information.
  6. Shortly thereafter, happy keekoo member receives goods!

How is it that I have only received some items from my order, but not others?

Items ordered from different sales events ship separately because they are often received at our warehouse at different times due to shipping variations among our different brand partners.

Do you offer an express shipping option?

Why do shipping fees seem high?

keekoo is focused on bringing you amazing savings on unique products of limited quantity. We make every effort to insure that we ship our products as economically as possible. In some cases with large or oversized items, (nursery furniture, cribs, strollers, etc.) we need to take additional measures to insure that the safe delivery of these large, and oftentimes fragile, items. We hope that you understand that these costs are unavoidable and can see that the incredible savings outweigh any increase in shipping of large and/or oversized items.

Free Shipping

From time to time Free Shipping may be offered to our members in conjunction with various offers and promotions. Please note that Free Shipping offers and promotions are applicable to items being shipped within the continental U.S. only.

Can I cancel my order?

Your order may be cancelled provided you make the cancellation request within 15 minutes of your purchase. Please email orders@keekoo.com and be sure to provide us with your order number. We will respond to your request as soon as possible.

What if I received the wrong item?

Please contact orders@keekoo.com and make sure to provide us with your order number. We will be sure to respond to your request as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?

Most products featured on keekoo are final sale items and are not eligible for return. Occasionally we may offer items which may be eligible for return, in which case we would issue a keekoo store credit only (less shipping fees) in accordance with our Return Procedures

If you have received a damaged or defective item, you may return this item so that we may inspect it to see what went wrong. Once approved as a damaged return, we will refund both the merchandise and shipping charges to your payment card.

How can I change my email preferences or unsubscribe?

Members can update their email preferences by visiting the email preferences section in My Account. To update your email preferences, select your preferences and save.

Which internet browsers can I use to access keekoo's website?

keekoo recommends that members use Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, or Apple's Safari. If you have an issue with one of these browsers, please make sure to let us know immediately.

Is my personal information safe when I become a member?

The safety and privacy of our members is our utmost concern. We do not sell any of our data to third party marketers however we do make some data available only to our corporate members. Please make sure to visit our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I unsubscribe from keekoo's daily email list?

There is an unsubscribe link found at the bottom of your daily emails. Click on this link and you will be taken to MY EMAIL in the My Account section where you can update your email preferences and SAVE. Please note that any update requests may take up to one week to be processed.
